I have never in all of my life used such a slow and laggy program and no no no, it's NOT my computer! GIMP, Photoshop, Second Life ALL RUN at the same time with no issues! I have a gaming computer and it wasn't cheap, so it's the program! I have no viruses. I had to shut down everything just to get it to run and it would take like 7-10 seconds in between each selection of each brush or button. It is ridiculous. Uninstalling!
